Terms & Conditions

1. Seller may decline orders
Polivac reserves the right to accept in whole, or part, any order, or decline an order.

2. Minimum order value
All orders are subject to minimum $250.00 (excluding sales tax), orders less than the minimum value will be subject to a $20 handling fee.

3. Delivery terms
Prices quoted are F.I.S capital city and metropolitan areas. For all other destinations, prices are F.O.B and freight charges are the responsibility of the purchasers.

4. Delays
The date for delivery (4 days) is the estimated date for delivery only and Polivac shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising if the goods are not delivered by that date.

5. Cancellation of orders
Once lodged, orders cannot be cancelled, nor delivery thereof delayed, without prior agreement from Polivac.

6. Return of goods (other than warranty)
(i) Polivac will not accept the return of goods without prior consent, and the goods returned without such consent shall be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

(ii) Notice of intension to return goods must be notified to Polivac within seven days (7) of delivery to the buyer and return must be to the point of the sellers’ original point of dispatch within fourteen (14) days of dispatch. All goods returned will be subject to a surcharge of 10%.

(iii) Goods will not be accepted for return unless invoice is quoted or if any goods are damaged or in an unsaleable condition.

7. Return of goods (warranty)
A warranty claim form must be lodged prior to returning goods. Refer conditions on the warranty card.

8. Title to the goods
Title to the goods delivered will remain the property of Polivac International and will not pass to the purchaser until payment in full for the goods has been received.

9. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.

10. Payment
30 days from month’s end.
3% discount for C.O.D.
