Warranty Claims
Warranties can only be approved by Polivac International. To make a claim, whether they be warranty, faults or normal repairs, the request should be made to the original place of purchase, they will forward it onto Polivac International.
To request a warranty claim, please supply proof of purchase and a description of the problem you are experiencing, along with name, address and contact phone number to your nearest Polivac distributor or original place of purchase.
